We supply a broad range of products and alloys for the diverse applications of our customers: the foundries in the automotive and engineering industry, the bar stock and steel industry, the electrical industry, and other production areas. One of the specialised areas we cover is the  manufacturing of alloys for the most demanding engine applications, such as pistons, cylinders, and crankcases. Oetinger cast aluminium  alloys are produced to the highest levels of purity and quality. They are produced according to German and international standards and special customer requests.

Our alloys are produced in pig and piglet formats – over half of the produced volume is delivered to customers around the clock as liquid metal on a  “just in time” basis. The liquid metal is transported at about 800 °C in special insulated containers with a capacity between 4 and 6 tons –  with a minimal loss of heat. The use of liquid aluminium has become even more efficient through the use of heat retention technology we  developed in house.

SCRAP REPROCESSING.

We process clean and properly sorted scrap as well as aluminium-rich industrial waste: including waste metal from smelting, swarf from turning, drilling, and milling, and sheet metal scrap from punching and cutting. These materials are used to produce high quality alloys.
